Bio: Doctor of Physical Therapy, specialized in lymphedema management and oncology physical therapy with focus on breast cancer. Public health practitioner with research interest in interprofessional collaboration in cancer care. Serves as IPT-HOPE Lebanon Liaison. Graduated in 2005 from Saint-Joseph University of Beirut (Lebanon) with a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy and in 2008 obtained a master’s degree in manual therapy and osteopathy. In 2019, completed a master’s degree in public health – Politics and Health Management – from Saint-Joseph University of Beirut in Lebanon. In December 2023, completed a Graduate certificate in Oncology Rehabilitation from Oakland University (Michigan – USA). LANA certified lymphedema therapist since November 2020. Speaker and trainer in breast cancer rehabilitation and lymphedema management. Lecturer of the entry-level Oncology physical therapy and lymphedema courses at Saint Joseph University of Beirut, Lebanon. Coordinates the oncology, hospice and palliative care physiotherapy subgroup of the Lebanese Order of Physiotherapists. Owner and manager of an outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Beirut, Lebanon.
