Bio:
Dr. Tan trains and teaches students to become the next generation of dedicated physiotherapists. His particular areas of expertise are oncological and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, pain and fatigue management and, electrophysical agents.

His research focus is in the application of health technologies for the assessment, management and rehabilitation of pain, fatigue and swelling in long term conditions.

Dr. Tan currently serves as the Nominations Director for the World Physiotherapy Sub-group:  International Physical Therapists for HIV/AIDS, Oncology, and Palliative Care Empowerment (IPT-HOPE)
